Refund policy

At BAT, we prioritize customer satisfaction. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may
 request a return or exchange under the following conditions:
 Eligible Return Cases:- Item not as described- Item arrived damaged or defective- Wrong size (item must be unused)
 Return Conditions:- Request must be submitted within 14 days of receiving the order- Item must be unused, with original packaging and tags- Items will be inspected before approval
 Refund Process:- Processed within 3–7 business days after inspection- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the issue was from our side
